Processing Timelines
When to expect your refund.
Same day – 3 days
Once approved, Larevv will typically initiate eligible refunds the same day or within 3 business days.
Up to 10 days
After a refund has been processed by Larevv, financial institutions, payment providers, and banking networks may require additional processing time. Depending on the provider, posted refunds may take up to 10 business days or longer to appear. These external timelines are outside of Larevv's control.
Up to 30 days+
Certain products may require additional verification, inspection, inventory confirmation, condition assessment, or fraud-prevention review before a refund can be finalized. This may apply to watches, handbags, sunglasses, Apple devices, open-box items, pre-owned items, or other high-value purchases. In such cases, refund processing may require up to 30 days or longer.
Non-Refundable & Partial Refunds
What may not be refundable.
Certain products, layaway payments, deposits, final sale items, authentication-related orders, and fulfillment-related costs may be partially refundable or non-refundable once processing has begun.
Refund processing timelines may also vary depending on payment providers, banking institutions, fraud review procedures, verification requirements, fulfillment status, chargeback activity, carrier investigations, or operational review.
Right to Deny or Delay

Larevv reserves the right to deny refunds, delay refunds, withhold non-recoverable costs, reverse abusive claims, or refuse service in cases involving:
Fraud concerns, payment disputes, chargeback abuse, policy violations, suspicious activity, unauthorized claims, excessive refund behavior, misuse of buyer protections, return fraud, item-switching, unauthorized use, damaged returns, missing components, or materially altered products.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at cs@larevv.com within the 14-day period. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
