Every item we sell is carefully verified before shipment. Each piece is listed in one of four condition categories — clearly defined so you know exactly what you're getting.

Best condition
New items are in pristine, first-hand condition — factory fresh, untouched, and ready to wear or use, exactly as you'd expect from a primary retail purchase.
Never worn, used, powered on, or activated
Includes original manufacturer packaging where applicable
May include original box, dust bag, authenticity or warranty cards, documentation, and accessories, depending on the item
Protective films, tags, and factory seals intact where applicable
Minor handling marks may occasionally occur from packaging, inspection, or storage. These do not affect the new condition of the item.
Unworn
Never worn
Unworn items are authentic and have never been worn, used, or activated. They are equivalent in function and feel to new, though the original retail packaging or presentation may vary.

May be missing some original packaging elements, such as outer boxes or retail wrapping
May have been opened for authentication, inspection, or photography
In ready-to-wear condition with no signs of use
Open Box
Opened, unused
Open Box items are pieces whose packaging has been opened — typically for authentication, inspection, display, or return processing. The item itself remains unworn and unused.
Item is unworn, unused, and unactivated where applicable
Packaging has been opened and may show minor handling
All original accessories typically included unless noted
May not include full retail packaging presentation
Open Box items are fully authentic and identical to new in every way — only the box has been opened.
Pre-Owned
Previously owned
Pre-Owned items have been previously owned and worn or used. Each piece is authenticated and reviewed by Larevv to meet our condition and quality standards. Any notable cosmetic details are disclosed in the product listing.

Authenticated and fully functional
May show minor cosmetic signs of prior wear or use, consistent with its grading
Original packaging, cards, and accessories may or may not be included — noted in the listing
What We Don't Sell
To maintain our standards, Larevv does not offer items outside our defined condition categories.
Items with excessive wear, damage, or functional faults
Counterfeit, replica, or misrepresented goods
Watches or goods fitted with non-original or aftermarket parts
Apple devices that are iCloud-locked, activation-locked, or blacklisted
Demo, display, sample, or developer units
Non-genuine or counterfeit accessories and components
Verification & Packaging
Verification Process
All items undergo verification prior to shipment to confirm authenticity, condition, and functionality. Serial numbers, hallmarks, and — where applicable — activation status are checked.
If any material differences from the listed condition exist, customers will be notified before shipment.

Unless otherwise stated, items include the accessories, cards, and documentation typically provided with the product at retail.
Packaging presentation may vary between items. Any missing components are clearly noted in the product listing.
