Secure your item with a 25% deposit. Your item is reserved exclusively for you once the layaway agreement is confirmed and the deposit is processed.

Equal Monthly Payments
Payments are fixed and predictable. You may pay more at any time. Early payoff is always allowed.
Monthly Payment = (75% of Item Price) ÷ Selected Term
Flexibility & Shipping
Early Payoff
You may pay off your layaway balance at any time with no penalties or fees. Once paid in full, your item proceeds to shipment in accordance with standard processing timelines.
Flexible Protection
Need flexibility in a given month? A $250 maintenance payment keeps your reservation active. The full remaining balance must still be completed within 12 months from the reservation date.
When Does My Item Ship?
Items ship only after full payment has been received and cleared. Layaway reservations secure the item but do not initiate shipment until the balance is fully satisfied.
Minimum Payment Exception
If your remaining balance is less than $250, simply pay the remaining balance in full. The maintenance payment requirement does not apply in this case.

Terms & Conditions
The following terms apply to all layaway reservations.
Eligibility
Layaway is available on select products. Not all products qualify.
Deposit
A 25% deposit is required to reserve an item. Deposits are non-refundable once the layaway agreement is confirmed.
Payment Schedule
Clients agree to complete the remaining balance within their selected term, not to exceed 12 months. Payments may be made:
In equal monthly installments
In larger voluntary amounts
Through early full payoff
At least one payment must be made each month to maintain active status.
Maintenance Payment
A minimum $250 payment may be submitted in any given month to maintain the reservation. All outstanding balances must still be satisfied within 12 months from the original reservation date.
Missed Payments
Failure to submit a payment within the monthly cycle may result in cancellation after a grace period. If a layaway is canceled:
Payments made may be converted to store credit at Larevv's discretion
The reserved item may be released for resale
Cancellation
Layaway cancellations requested by the client are subject to review. Deposits are non-refundable. Prior payments may be converted to store credit.
Layaway Activity & Larevv Cancellation
Layaway reservations showing no payment activity for an extended period (typically 60–90 days) may be automatically canceled at Larevv's discretion. If canceled due to inactivity, payments previously made will be converted to store credit and the reserved item may be released back into inventory.
If Larevv cancels a layaway for reasons unrelated to customer non-payment, all payments made will be refunded to the original payment method, unless the customer chooses to apply those funds as store credit toward another item.
Availability & Approval
All layaway reservations remain subject to availability verification, pricing confirmation, and final approval. Larevv reserves the right to review, hold, modify, or cancel a layaway agreement prior to shipment.
Non-Transferability
Layaway agreements apply only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred.
