All orders placed through Larevv are subject to verification, payment authorization, fraud-prevention screening, fulfillment preparation, and final approval prior to shipment.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing.

Customer Cancellation Requests

Submitting a cancellation request.

Customers may submit a cancellation request prior to shipment; however, cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, verification review, payment authorization, fulfillment preparation, or shipment coordination.

Submission of a cancellation request does not constitute cancellation approval.

Larevv reserves the right to:

Deny cancellation requests

Charge reasonable restocking, processing, or administrative fees

Issue partial refunds or store credit

Withhold non-recoverable costs

Refuse refunds entirely where irreversible processing or fulfillment actions have already occurred

Products that may not be eligible for cancellation

Personalized or customized items, limited releases, final sale items, and high-risk transactions may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.

Larevv Cancellation Rights

When Larevv may cancel an order.

Larevv reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, limit, delay, hold, or cancel any order, payment, or transaction. Reasons may include but are not limited to:

Fraud & Security

Suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, payment risk, chargeback history, suspicious account activity, or verification failures.

Inventory & Pricing

Pricing errors, inventory inaccuracies, stock or sourcing limitations, or authentication concerns.

Policy Violations

Abuse of promotions or discounts, policy violations, duplicate transactions, resale activity, or excessive refund behavior.

Compliance & Operations

Export or compliance concerns, shipping restrictions, operational limitations, force majeure events, or other legal, operational, or risk-related reasons.

In such cases, Larevv may issue a full refund, partial refund, store credit, replacement option, or alternative resolution at its sole discretion.

Estimated fulfillment and delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, authentication procedures, customs activity, inventory changes, or other fulfillment-related factors.

Refunds

Standard Processing

Approved refunds are typically initiated by Larevv the same day or within 3 business days. Depending on the financial institution or payment provider, posted refunds may take up to 10 business days or longer to appear on the original payment method.

Complex Transactions

Certain luxury, high-value, pre-owned, authentication-sensitive, or high-risk transactions may require additional inspection, verification, or fraud-prevention review before a refund determination is finalized. In some cases, refund reviews may require up to 30 days or longer.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Before you dispute a charge.

Customers agree to contact Larevv directly to resolve any issue prior to initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks, abusive disputes, false claims, or friendly fraud may result in permanent account restrictions, refusal of future service, collection activity, legal action, and recovery of losses, fees, and damages.

Larevv maintains detailed transaction records, order activity logs, verification data, IP information, fulfillment records, tracking confirmation, delivery confirmation, device intelligence, payment verification records, communication records, and fraud prevention systems to dispute unauthorized or abusive chargebacks.
