Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," "Buyer," or "you") and Larevv, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware ("Larevv," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website at www.larevv.com and all related services (the "Site").

By accessing the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with the Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, possess legal capacity to enter binding agreements, have provided truthful and accurate information, and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Larevv reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, suspend accounts, or terminate access at any time.

Larevv operates as an independent retailer offering authentic luxury goods and technology products. On every transaction, Larevv acts as principal and merchant of record.

Larevv sells from its own inventory as well as from inventory it acquires from authorized distributors, suppliers, and the secondary market. In all cases, Larevv is the seller of record and the customer's contract of sale is with Larevv.

Products are presented based on availability at the time of listing. Larevv reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order in the event of an error or where an item is unavailable.

Listings may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Larevv reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order where an error occurs.

Item availability may occasionally change. If an item a customer has ordered becomes unavailable, Larevv reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or to offer a comparable alternative. A delay in shipment does not, by itself, constitute grounds for automatic cancellation by the customer.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Once confirmed, the purchase price is final. Larevv reserves the right to cancel orders involving pricing errors — a full refund will be issued. Larevv does not offer price adjustments, retroactive discounts, or credits for post-purchase price changes. Pricing reflects real-time market conditions at the time of transaction.

Larevv offers preferred pricing on authentic luxury goods and technology products. This pricing is made possible by lower overhead, direct relationships, and buying power rather than traditional retail markups, and reflects Larevv's aim to offer customers the best overall price.

Order processing and delivery timelines vary by item and are estimates only. Many orders are delivered within approximately five (5) to ten (10) business days following order confirmation.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, American Express, bank wire transfer, and the Larevv layaway program.

By submitting payment, you authorize Larevv to charge the selected payment method for the full purchase amount. This authorization remains valid for the order processing period.

Placing an order does not constitute acceptance by Larevv. All orders are subject to verification, payment authorization, and internal review. An order is accepted only when Larevv confirms and initiates fulfillment.

Larevv implements fraud prevention procedures including address verification, payment authorization checks, identity verification, and documentation requests for high-value transactions. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in delayed shipment, additional verification requests, order cancellation, transaction refund, or account suspension.

Customers agree to contact Larevv directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Larevv reserves the right to challenge all chargebacks with supporting documentation including transaction records, communications, delivery confirmations, and fraud verification records.

Larevv may offer an interest-free layaway program for select products, requiring a 25% deposit with the remaining balance payable over up to twelve (12) months. Early payoff is permitted. A minimum $250 maintenance payment applies in months where the standard installment cannot be made.

If Larevv cancels a layaway for reasons unrelated to customer non-payment, prior payments will be refunded to the original payment method unless the customer elects store credit.

Larevv offers complimentary express shipping within the United States via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. Delivery timelines are estimates only. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

All shipments require signature confirmation upon delivery. Once delivered and signed for, responsibility transfers to the customer. Carrier tracking and signature records constitute conclusive proof of delivery. Refused deliveries do not automatically cancel the transaction or entitle the customer to a refund.

Larevv makes reasonable efforts to accurately represent products. Minor variations due to packaging changes or distribution differences do not constitute misrepresentation provided the product corresponds materially to the model, brand, and condition described.

All claims must be submitted through the Larevv Claims Center before initiating chargebacks or payment reversals. Resolutions may include cancellation, refund or store credit, replacement if applicable, or denial of claim.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange except as provided under Larevv's Authenticity Guarantee or Buyer Protection program.

Buyer Protection may apply to authenticity concerns, delivery failures, or items materially differing from their description. It does not apply to buyer's remorse, normal product characteristics, or post-delivery modifications.

Customers may request returns within five (5) days of confirmed delivery, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. Return eligibility depends on product condition, device status where applicable, packaging, serial number match, and compliance with Larevv's published Return Policy. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all included packaging, documentation, accessories, manuals, inserts, seals, and serial number identifiers intact.

Larevv reserves the right to decline returns where the item shows evidence of use, activation, alteration, tampering, or damage, including but not limited to removal of protective films, device activation, sign-in or pairing to a personal account, cosmetic damage, missing packaging, missing accessories, removal or alteration of serial number identifiers, liquid exposure indicators, or any condition change inconsistent with the item as delivered.

Open Box and Pre-Owned products may have different packaging, accessory presentation, cosmetic characteristics, or prior handling consistent with the disclosed product condition. Pre-Owned items have been previously owned and may show minor cosmetic signs of prior use consistent with their condition grading. Such disclosed characteristics do not constitute defects, nonconformity, or grounds for return unless the item materially differs from the listing.

Returned devices may be inspected for serial number match, IMEI match, activation lock status, account-lock status, "Find My"-type status, carrier lock status, blacklist status, account pairing, repair history indicators, and other device-level identifiers. Customers must remove all accounts, disable activation or account locks where applicable, erase personal data, and return the device free of any passcode, account lock, activation lock, MDM profile, financing lock, carrier restriction not disclosed at purchase, or user-created restriction.

If a return is accepted but arrives with missing accessories, missing packaging, cosmetic damage, incomplete components, changed condition, or other value-impacting issues, Larevv may reject the return, classify the item as Final Sale, or deduct reasonable amounts from any refund to account for reduced value, restocking, inspection, logistics, and recovery costs, to the extent permitted by law.

Returned products may require inspection, device verification, serial number validation, carrier status confirmation, fraud-prevention review, or condition assessment before a refund is finalized. Certain products, including high-value electronics, watches, handbags, open-box items, pre-owned items, or other high-value purchases, may require additional review. In such cases, refund processing may require up to thirty (30) days or longer, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

If you are located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of delivery without providing any reason, subject to applicable exceptions under EU consumer protection law. To exercise this right, contact Larevv at cs@larevv.com within the 14-day period.

Items must be returned in their original condition and must include all original packaging, accessories, documentation, identifiers, and components. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law. Refunds for eligible EU withdrawal returns will be processed within fourteen (14) days after Larevv receives the returned item or as otherwise required by applicable law.

All returned items are verified against original serial numbers, IMEI numbers, activation records, shipment records, and identifying characteristics. If a returned item does not match the original shipped item, has been substituted, has been altered, or has identifying characteristics removed or modified, Larevv may reject the return, retain documentation, report suspected fraud, and pursue available remedies.

Consignors, suppliers, and any other individuals submitting items to Larevv represent and warrant that they are the lawful owner, that the item was not obtained through theft or unlawful means, and that the item is free from liens or ownership disputes.

Larevv is committed to compliance with applicable financial regulations and anti-money-laundering standards. High-value transactions may require identity documentation, payment source confirmation, and additional regulatory information. Transactions involving suspicious financial activity may be delayed, canceled, or reported in accordance with applicable law.

Larevv operates solely as an independent retailer and principal, and is the merchant of record on every transaction. Larevv does not operate a marketplace and does not facilitate sales between buyers and third-party sellers.

Larevv maintains a supplier network for luxury goods, technology products, electronics, accessories, and related categories. Supplier application does not guarantee acceptance, approval, purchase, listing, or ongoing relationship. Items must be authentic, lawfully obtained, accurately described, and classified as New, Unworn, Open Box, Pre-Owned, or another condition approved by Larevv.

All content on the Site including text, graphics, logos, design elements, product listings, and software is the property of Larevv or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without written permission from Larevv.

Larevv operates as an independent retailer of luxury goods and technology products. Unless explicitly stated, Larevv is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by any brand or manufacturer whose products it offers. Larevv is not an authorized reseller or authorized service provider for any brand unless expressly stated. All brand names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Products offered by Larevv are acquired through lawful channels, which may include authorized distributors, resellers, open-box specialists, vetted suppliers, and the secondary market. In all cases, Larevv is the seller of record on the goods it offers.

Larevv operates as an independent retailer engaged in the lawful resale of authentic luxury goods and technology products through authorized distributors, secondary-market dealers, resellers, and other lawful supply channels, in accordance with applicable resale and secondary-market commerce laws.

The appearance of brand names and marks on the Site is solely for identification and descriptive purposes. Such references do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement by the trademark owner unless explicitly stated. Manufacturer warranties remain the manufacturer's responsibility.

Larevv maintains strict internal standards for transparency. Despite reasonable efforts, listing information may evolve after publication. Images may include reference imagery or supplier-provided photos. Minor variations due to manufacturer updates or distribution differences do not constitute misrepresentation provided the item corresponds to the condition and model described. Larevv reserves the right to correct listing errors at any time.

Larevv fulfills orders from its own inventory and from inventory it acquires from authorized distributors, suppliers, and the secondary market. On every order, Larevv is the seller of record.

On occasion, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed — for example, due to an inventory or pricing error. In such circumstances, Larevv reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or to offer a comparable replacement.

Products are classified as New, Unworn, Open Box, Pre-Owned, or another condition expressly disclosed in the applicable listing. Customers agree that condition classifications are based on Larevv's listing information, supplier records, device review, and available product information at the time of sale.

Unlocked devices are generally intended for use with compatible networks, but Larevv does not guarantee compatibility with every carrier, region, band, plan, eSIM configuration, financing restriction, enterprise profile, or international network. Customers are responsible for confirming carrier compatibility before purchase. Carrier-locked or carrier-specific products, if offered, may be usable only with the applicable carrier or under applicable unlock rules.

Larevv does not knowingly sell devices that are account-locked, activation-locked, blacklisted, stolen, demo, developer, MDM-locked, or otherwise unlawfully restricted. If a device is found to be locked, restricted, or materially inconsistent with the listing upon delivery, the customer must contact Larevv immediately and submit a claim through the Claims Center.

Total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Larevv, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, fraudulent transactions, submission of stolen or unlawful property, or inaccurate representations.

Arbitration shall be conducted per applicable AAA commercial rules, at a location determined by Larevv or conducted remotely if permitted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to arbitration provisions, legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in courts within the State of Delaware.

Larevv shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, transportation disruptions, customs delays, supply chain interruptions, or telecommunications failures.

Larevv does not represent or guarantee that any product purchased will increase in value, retain its value, or perform as an investment. References to market trends or secondary market pricing are informational only.

All transactions are subject to rules imposed by third-party financial institutions and payment processors. Larevv reserves the right to delay processing, request verification, cancel high-risk transactions, or refund payments where required. Larevv is not liable for delays or holds resulting from financial institution compliance procedures.

Payment settlement, holds, reserves, and the availability of funds are further addressed in Larevv's Payment Processing & Liability policy, which describes how actions by payment processors and financial institutions may affect fulfillment and the timing and method of refunds, and the limits of Larevv's liability for such events. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Larevv may suspend, restrict, or terminate user access at its sole discretion. Actions that may trigger suspension include suspected fraud, abusive chargebacks, submission of inaccurate information, policy violations, misuse of the Site, or submission of stolen, locked, or counterfeit goods. Larevv may act without prior notice to protect the Site or other users.

Larevv may require identity verification for high-value purchases, international transactions, fraud-flagged transactions, or financing requests. Verification may include government-issued ID, billing address confirmation, or payment source verification. Failure to provide documentation may result in transaction cancellation.

Products may be distributed with various packaging, accessories, cables, or documentation depending on the distribution channel. Certain items may vary in presentation due to distribution or packaging differences, manufacturer updates, or storage conditions. Unless explicitly stated, Larevv does not guarantee the presence of specific packaging materials or accessories beyond what is standard for the listed condition.

Customers are responsible for ensuring purchases comply with all applicable import, export, customs, sanctions, and trade-control laws. International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import restrictions, product certification rules, or regulatory requirements at the customer's expense.

Electronics, software-enabled devices, wireless products, encryption-capable products, and accessories may be subject to export controls, re-export restrictions, carrier restrictions, regional limitations, sanctions regulations, or country-specific compliance requirements. Customers agree not to purchase, export, re-export, transfer, or use any product in violation of applicable law or for any prohibited destination, person, entity, or end use.

Users agree not to compromise Site security, including attempting unauthorized system access, interfering with infrastructure, distributing malicious software, conducting automated scraping, or reverse engineering Site technology. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

By using the Site, users consent to receive electronic communications including order confirmations, shipping notifications, account updates, and service announcements via email or account messages. Electronic communications satisfy legal requirements for written communication. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.

If authenticity, device identity, or product legitimacy is formally questioned, the customer must notify Larevv in writing and provide supporting documentation. Acceptable evidence may include manufacturer serial number records, manufacturer or authorized service documentation, carrier documentation, manufacturer or authorized service center findings, recognized authentication reports, law enforcement reports, or other verifiable records reasonably accepted by Larevv.

Unsupported claims, personal opinions, informal online comments, unverifiable screenshots, or generalized suspicions do not constitute valid authentication evidence. Customers must preserve the product, packaging, serial numbers, accessories, delivery materials, and all communications while a claim is under review.

Larevv may inspect the product, request photographs, request return shipment, consult suppliers or third parties, validate serial numbers, review shipment records, or require additional documentation before determining the appropriate resolution. If a claim is validated following review, Larevv may provide a refund, replacement, repair direction, store credit, or other remedy determined by Larevv and permitted by law.

Larevv operates as an independent retailer engaged in the lawful resale of authentic goods and does not claim affiliation with any brand unless explicitly stated. Brand owners may contact Larevv regarding product listings or clarification. Larevv reserves the right to respond in accordance with applicable law and its lawful rights as a reseller. Brand owner communications do not necessarily indicate that a product is inauthentic or unlawful. Larevv is not liable for actions taken by brand owners including communications, legal notices, or enforcement attempts.

Suppliers represent and warrant that products they supply are authentic, lawfully obtained, free from activation or account locks, and free from carrier restrictions or ownership claims. Because goods markets operate through decentralized global supply channels, Larevv cannot independently verify every aspect of a supplier's acquisition history. If a supplier misrepresents an item, Larevv reserves the right to cancel affected transactions, remove listings, terminate supplier relationships, and cooperate with law enforcement if necessary.

Luxury, technology, and consumer electronics markets are influenced by product generation, availability, demand, supply levels, and broader economic conditions. Prices displayed reflect Larevv's pricing determination at the time of listing. Customers acknowledge that product valuations are subject to market variability and may differ across retailers and channels. Larevv does not represent that any product constitutes the lowest available market price. Market pricing differences do not constitute misrepresentation or pricing error.

Larevv may utilize automated technologies, machine learning tools, and artificial intelligence for fraud detection, transaction risk monitoring, customer support, product catalog management, pricing analysis, and inventory management. Final operational decisions remain subject to Larevv's internal processes. Larevv is not liable for decisions or interruptions resulting from automated technologies implemented in good faith.

Larevv does not provide product servicing, repair, refurbishment, or restoration services for the products it sells. Larevv is not a manufacturer-authorized service provider. Larevv does not guarantee the future performance, longevity, or durability of any product. Servicing or repairs must be performed by qualified professionals or manufacturer-authorized service providers. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, remain the manufacturer's responsibility.

The Site may occasionally experience interruptions due to maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, telecommunications disruptions, software updates, cybersecurity incidents, or third-party service provider disruptions. Larevv does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses resulting from temporary unavailability or technical failures.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders or creating accounts. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in order delays, cancellation, or delivery issues. Larevv is not responsible for losses or delivery failures resulting from inaccurate information provided by customers.

The Site may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, logistics, fraud detection, data hosting, and communications. Larevv is not liable for service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by third-party providers. Use of certain Site features may also be subject to those providers' own terms and policies.

In the event of a manufacturer, supplier, or regulatory authority recall or safety notice, Larevv may attempt to notify affected customers using available contact information. Manufacturers remain responsible for product safety recalls and corrective actions. Larevv does not manufacture the products it offers. Customers are encouraged to register products with the manufacturer when applicable.

Larevv reserves the right to transfer, assign, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or corporate restructuring. Customer information and contractual rights may be transferred as part of such transactions in accordance with applicable law. Continued use of the Site following transfer constitutes acceptance of the assignment.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees:

These Terms, together with all policies, notices, and additional terms referenced herein or published on the Site, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between the customer and Larevv regarding the Site and all transactions conducted through it. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, communications, or representations.

Customers acknowledge they have not relied upon any statements or representations not expressly set forth in these Terms. Marketing materials or informational pages are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute contractual guarantees unless explicitly incorporated into these Terms.

Larevv disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions not expressly stated in writing, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, error-free operation, data accuracy, product suitability, product availability, or compatibility with any specific carrier, device, software, accessory, configuration, or customer use case.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Users may not misuse the Site or engage in conduct that harms Larevv, customers, suppliers, payment processors, carriers, or brand owners. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, false claims, abusive chargebacks, unauthorized account access, impersonation, use of stolen payment credentials, submission of stolen or locked devices, scraping, bots, reverse engineering, interference with Site security, resale of account access, circumvention of verification procedures, or use of the Site for unlawful activity.

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, testimonials, feedback, suggestions, product comments, or other content to Larevv, you grant Larevv a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and incorporate such content for customer support, marketing, product improvement, fraud prevention, operational, and commercial purposes.

You represent that your submissions are accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and do not violate the rights of any third party. Larevv may remove or decline to publish user content at its discretion.

Customers and consignors are solely responsible for backing up, removing, transferring, or erasing personal data before submitting, returning, selling, exchanging, or shipping any device to Larevv. Larevv is not responsible for lost data, deleted files, account lockouts, app content, photos, messages, passwords, device settings, software configurations, or third-party account access.

Any device returned or submitted to Larevv must be free of personal accounts, passwords, passcodes, account logins, activation locks, "Find My"-type features, MDM profiles, carrier financing restrictions, SIM restrictions, and other user-created locks unless expressly approved in writing.

Battery health, cycle count, charging performance, and battery longevity may vary, especially for Open Box and Pre-Owned products. Unless expressly stated in the product listing, Larevv does not guarantee a specific battery health percentage, cycle count, charging capacity, or future battery performance. Battery behavior may also be affected by age, usage, operating system updates, charging habits, and manufacturer settings.

Larevv primarily offers unlocked cellular-capable products where identified as unlocked; however, unlocked status does not guarantee compatibility with every carrier, eSIM provider, network band, country, financing program, plan type, or future carrier rule. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their intended carrier before purchase.

If a product is listed as carrier-specific, carrier-locked, or subject to network restrictions, the customer acknowledges that such product may only be usable with the stated carrier or under that carrier's unlock policies. Carrier activation, service approval, plan eligibility, eSIM setup, SIM compatibility, roaming, and network performance remain the responsibility of the carrier and customer.

Manufacturers, app developers, carriers, and other third parties may update, discontinue, restrict, or modify software, operating systems, apps, cloud services, features, device support, warranty status, activation rules, or compatibility after purchase. Larevv is not responsible for future software updates, discontinued support, changed app compatibility, service restrictions, operating system performance, or third-party feature availability.

Larevv may provide notices by email, account message, website posting, order message, or other electronic communication. Notices are deemed received when sent to the email address or contact information provided by the customer, unless prohibited by law. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and monitoring communications related to orders, claims, returns, verification requests, and account status.

Larevv may update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site or providing notice where required by law. The updated Terms become effective as stated in the notice or, if no effective date is stated, upon posting. Continued use of the Site, account access, or placement of orders after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Larevv's failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without Larevv's prior written consent. Larevv may assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms and its rights or obligations in connection with corporate transactions, operational restructuring, payment processor requirements, asset transfers, mergers, acquisitions, or other business needs.
