Last Updated: 03/06/2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Customer,” “Buyer,” “Seller,” “Consignor,” or “you”) and Larevv, Inc., doing business as Larevv.com, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Larevv,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website located at www.larevv.com and any related services, features, content, tools, applications, and commerce functionality offered through the website (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, submitting a listing, submitting an item for sale or consignment, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
Customer support inquiries may be directed to:
1. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
“Platform” refers to the Larevv website, related services, and associated commerce infrastructure.
“Product” or “Item” refers to any luxury good, accessory, or product offered for sale through Larevv.
“Buyer” refers to any user who purchases or attempts to purchase an item through the Platform.
“Seller” refers to any individual or entity submitting an item to Larevv through the Sell to Larevv program.
“Consignor” refers to any individual or entity submitting an item through Larevv’s consignment program.
“Luxury Goods” refers to branded luxury products including but not limited to watches, handbags, jewelry, luggage, accessories, and related high-end consumer goods.
“Reservation Window” refers to the pre-sale period during which an order may be confirmed and sourcing coordinated prior to shipment.
“Sourcing Network” refers to Larevv’s global supply network which may include individuals, private parties, open source markets on or offline, resellers, auction houses, distributors, collectives, traders, collectors, dealers, brokers, consignment partners, and secondary market sources.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for use only by individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
• you are at least eighteen (18) years of age
• you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• all information you provide is truthful and accurate
• you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Larevv reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, suspend accounts, or terminate access to the Platform at any time for any reason permitted by law.
3. Nature of the Larevv Platform
Larevv operates as an independent luxury retailer and sourcing platform offering authentic luxury goods to customers.
Larevv acts as the merchant of record for transactions conducted through the Platform. This means that purchases made through the Platform are transactions between the customer and Larevv.
The Platform may feature luxury goods sourced through a hybrid sourcing model that may include:
• inventory owned and held by Larevv
• inventory held by suppliers
• inventory held by authorized distributors
• items held by luxury dealers or brokers
• private collectors
• consignment partners
• global sourcing partners
• secondary luxury market dealers
• open-market commerce platforms
• publicly available online marketplaces from which Larevv may acquire products for resale
As a result of this sourcing model, product listings on the Platform may represent items that are available through Larevv’s sourcing network but are not necessarily physically held in Larevv inventory at the time the listing appears on the Platform.
4. Product Listings and Market Availability
Products displayed on the Platform are presented based on Larevv’s assessment of market availability and sourcing opportunities at the time of listing.
Items listed may fall into several sourcing categories, including:
• inventory held directly by Larevv
• inventory held by suppliers
• consigned inventory
• inventory available through Larevv’s sourcing network
• inventory available through secondary market channels
Because luxury goods frequently circulate through global secondary markets, availability may change rapidly.
Customers acknowledge and agree that:
• product listings do not guarantee that an item is physically in stock
• availability must be verified after an order is placed
• supplier confirmations may be required
• items may become unavailable before sourcing is finalized
All orders are therefore subject to verification prior to shipment.
4.1. Clerical Errors, Pricing Mistakes, and Listing Inaccuracies
Larevv strives to ensure that all information displayed on the Platform, including product descriptions, pricing, availability, specifications, and images, is accurate and current. However, errors may occasionally occur due to technical issues, supplier data discrepancies, human input errors, system synchronization delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers acknowledge that product listings may contain unintentional inaccuracies including, but not limited to:
• pricing errors
• typographical errors
• incorrect product specifications
• incorrect model references
• incorrect brand or product identifiers
• incorrect condition descriptions
• incorrect product images
• incorrect availability information
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or contains materially inaccurate information due to a clerical error, system malfunction, supplier data discrepancy, or similar issue, Larevv reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order placed for that product.
This right applies regardless of whether the order has been submitted, confirmed, or payment has been authorized or captured.
If an order is canceled due to a listing or pricing error, Larevv will notify the customer and issue a refund of any captured funds using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Customers acknowledge that the display of a product listing on the Platform does not constitute a legally binding offer to sell at the listed price. Product listings constitute an invitation to submit an order request, which remains subject to verification, review, and final acceptance by Larevv.
Orders may be reviewed for accuracy, verification, and availability prior to shipment. Larevv reserves the right to cancel any order where a listing error has occurred that would result in a materially incorrect transaction.
Customers acknowledge that luxury products may have substantial market value and that obvious pricing errors or listing discrepancies may occur in rare circumstances.
Where a reasonable person would recognize that a listing price or product description is materially inaccurate compared to the typical market value of the product, customers agree that such listings may be corrected or canceled by Larevv.
Nothing in these Terms shall obligate Larevv to fulfill an order placed based on a clear pricing error, listing mistake, or product misidentification.
Larevv reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Platform at any time without prior notice.
5. Supplier Availability and Third-Party Sourcing Limitations
Larevv relies on third-party suppliers and sourcing partners to obtain certain products offered for sale on the Platform.
These partners may include distributors, brokers, collectors, dealers, consignment partners, and online commerce sources.
Although Larevv takes reasonable steps to verify availability before confirming an order, circumstances may arise in which a supplier is unable to fulfill an order after it has been placed.
Examples of such circumstances may include:
• supplier inventory discrepancies
• supplier pricing errors
• supplier withdrawal of inventory
• logistical disruptions
• damage or loss of supplier inventory
• regulatory restrictions affecting shipment
If an item cannot be sourced due to supplier limitations, Larevv reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer.
Customers acknowledge that Larevv cannot guarantee supplier performance and that supplier-related fulfillment limitations may occur despite reasonable efforts by Larevv.
6. Pricing and Market Variability
Prices displayed on the Platform reflect Larevv’s pricing at the time of listing and are subject to change without notice.
Luxury goods markets are dynamic and prices may fluctuate due to factors including:
• supply and demand changes
• supplier pricing adjustments
• currency fluctuations
• secondary market pricing trends
Once an order has been verified and confirmed by Larevv, the purchase price for that specific transaction is considered final.
However, Larevv reserves the right to cancel orders in cases involving:
• pricing errors
• supplier price discrepancies
• listing inaccuracies
• technical errors affecting pricing display
In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
7. Pre-Sale Reservation Model
Certain products offered through the Platform may be sold under Larevv’s pre-sale reservation model.
This model allows Larevv to coordinate sourcing, verification, inspection, and order preparation prior to shipment.
Under this structure:
• an order may enter a reservation window prior to shipment
• sourcing confirmation may be completed during this period
• order verification and preparation may occur before dispatch
Reservation windows may extend up to five (5) business days, though some orders may process faster depending on availability.
Total delivery timelines for many orders range from five (5) to ten (10) business days, though certain items may ship sooner.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on sourcing logistics, supplier confirmation timelines, and carrier factors.
8. Payment Authorization and Processing
Customers may pay for purchases using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which may include:
• major credit cards
• debit cards
• American Express
• Affirm financing (subject to approval)
• bank wire transfer
• Larevv layaway program
• other payment methods made available through the Platform from time to time
All payments submitted through the Platform are processed through secure third-party payment processors and are subject to authorization and verification by the applicable financial institutions.
Authorization and Capture of Funds
When an order is submitted through the Platform, payment for the order may be authorized and captured immediately for the full purchase amount, depending on the payment method used and the operational configuration of the transaction.
Customers acknowledge that in many cases the full purchase amount may be captured at the time the order is placed, even if shipment of the product occurs at a later time.
In certain situations, Larevv may elect to authorize funds without immediately capturing the payment, particularly for transactions involving:
• manual order processing
• draft orders or invoiced transactions
• high-value transactions
• orders requiring additional verification procedures
• transactions subject to payment processor review
• orders placed through customer service or offline arrangements
When funds are authorized but not immediately captured, the authorization may remain pending while operational or verification procedures are completed.
Customers acknowledge that authorized transactions may appear as pending charges issued by their financial institution.
Subsequent Capture of Authorized Payments
Where funds have been authorized but not captured at the time of order submission, Larevv reserves the right to capture the authorized funds at a later time once the order has completed internal review, verification, or fulfillment preparation.
Capture of authorized funds may occur automatically through the payment processor and may not require additional confirmation from the customer.
Customers acknowledge that Larevv may capture authorized funds without providing advance notice once internal order verification procedures have been completed.
Payment Verification
All transactions are subject to verification and authorization by the applicable payment processor and financial institution.
For high-value transactions or orders that trigger security review procedures, Larevv reserves the right to request additional verification, which may include:
• identity verification
• address verification
• payment authorization confirmation
• direct communication with the customer
Orders may be delayed, held, or canceled if payment verification cannot be completed.
Payment Processor Decisions
Customers acknowledge that payment processors and financial institutions may independently approve, decline, or flag transactions according to their internal risk management systems.
Larevv does not control the authorization decisions of payment processors, card networks, or financial institutions.
Larevv shall not be liable for payment declines, transaction holds, or processing delays imposed by financial institutions.
8.1. Additional Authorization Acknowledgment
By submitting payment information and placing an order through the Platform, the customer authorizes Larevv and its payment processing partners to charge or capture funds from the selected payment method for the full purchase amount of the order, including any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or additional services selected during checkout.
This authorization remains valid for the duration of the order processing period and any associated operational procedures necessary to complete the transaction.
Customers acknowledge that payment authorization may occur at the time the order is placed and that capture of authorized funds may occur automatically once internal verification or processing procedures have been completed.
Submission of an order constitutes authorization for Larevv to process payment for the transaction in accordance with these Terms.
Customers further acknowledge that payment authorization may remain active during the order verification and fulfillment process and may be captured without additional customer confirmation once the order proceeds to fulfillment.
8.2. Checkout and Order Acceptance
Submission of an order through the Platform constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the product identified in the order.
Placement of an order does not constitute acceptance of the order by Larevv and does not create a binding obligation for Larevv to fulfill the order.
All orders are subject to verification, availability confirmation, payment authorization, and internal review procedures prior to fulfillment.
After an order is placed, Larevv may perform operational verification procedures which may include, but are not limited to:
• product availability confirmation
• supplier availability verification
• pricing verification
• fraud screening
• identity verification
• payment authorization confirmation
• logistical feasibility review
During this verification process, Larevv reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
• hold the order for further review
• request additional information from the customer
• modify order fulfillment procedures
• cancel the order
• issue a refund
An order shall be considered accepted only when Larevv confirms the transaction and initiates fulfillment of the order.
Customers acknowledge that order status, fulfillment procedures, and delivery timelines may change prior to shipment due to operational verification, sourcing procedures, or logistical factors.
Until the product has been dispatched and a valid shipment tracking confirmation has been issued, Larevv reserves the right to adjust, delay, or cancel fulfillment if necessary to maintain transaction integrity, prevent fraud, resolve supplier limitations, or ensure proper execution of the order.
If an order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, Larevv will notify the customer and issue an appropriate refund.
Customers acknowledge that these procedures are necessary to maintain the reliability and security of luxury commerce transactions conducted through the Platform.
9. Transaction Verification and Fraud Prevention
To maintain transaction integrity and protect customers, Larevv implements fraud prevention and verification procedures for orders placed through the Platform.
Larevv reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review and verify any transaction prior to fulfillment.
Verification measures may include, but are not limited to:
• confirmation of billing address
• confirmation of shipping address
• verification of payment authorization
• identity verification of the purchaser
• communication with the purchaser to confirm order details
• additional documentation requests for high-value transactions
If Larevv determines that a transaction may involve fraud, unauthorized payment use, or suspicious activity, Larevv may take any of the following actions:
• delay shipment pending further review
• request additional verification information
• cancel the order
• refund the transaction
• suspend or terminate the associated customer account
Customers acknowledge that such verification procedures are necessary to protect both the customer and the integrity of the Platform.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Larevv directly to resolve any issues related to purchases before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through a financial institution.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting Larevv may result in the following actions:
• permanent suspension of the customer’s account
• restriction from making future purchases on the Platform
• reporting of abusive chargeback behavior to payment processors
• recovery actions for associated chargeback fees, investigation costs, and administrative expenses
Larevv reserves the right to challenge and dispute all chargebacks submitted through payment processors or financial institutions.
To defend against chargebacks, Larevv may provide supporting documentation including:
• transaction authorization records
• payment processor confirmations
• customer communications
• shipping and delivery confirmations
• order documentation
• fraud verification records
Customers acknowledge that chargebacks initiated in bad faith may constitute abuse of financial systems.
11. Layaway Program
Larevv may offer an interest-free layaway program for certain products listed on the Platform.
Eligibility for layaway may depend on product value, category, and other internal criteria.
The layaway program is available for select products up to $50,000 in value.
Participation in the layaway program requires acceptance of the following terms:
• a 25% deposit is required to reserve the item
• the remaining balance may be paid over a period of up to twelve (12) months
• payments are structured as equal monthly installments based on the selected term
• customers may make additional payments or pay off the balance early at any time
To maintain flexibility for customers, Larevv allows a minimum $250 maintenance payment in months where the customer is unable to make the standard installment payment.
However, the full balance must be paid within twelve (12) months of the initial reservation.
Deposits made under the layaway program are non-refundable.
If the customer cancels the layaway agreement or fails to complete the payment schedule within the permitted period, Larevv may cancel the reservation and convert payments made into store credit at its discretion.
Products reserved under layaway are shipped only after the balance has been paid in full.
11.1 Minimum Maintenance Payment Exception
The layaway program includes a minimum maintenance payment requirement designed to maintain payment activity on active layaway reservations. The standard maintenance payment amount is $250 per billing cycle.
If the remaining balance of a layaway reservation is less than $250, the client must pay the remaining balance in full in order to maintain the reservation. In such circumstances, the standard maintenance payment requirement does not apply.
11.2 Layaway Activity Requirement & Cancellation
Layaway reservations require ongoing payment activity in order to remain active. Clients must make regular installment payments toward the remaining balance or submit the minimum maintenance payment specified by Larevv within each monthly billing cycle.
Failure to maintain payment activity for an extended period of time may result in cancellation of the layaway reservation. As a general guideline, layaway orders that remain inactive for approximately sixty (60) to ninety (90) days without any payment activity may be automatically canceled at Larevv’s discretion.
If a layaway reservation is canceled due to inactivity, non-payment, or violation of the layaway terms, Larevv may:
• terminate the layaway agreement
• release the reserved item back into available inventory
• convert payments previously made into store credit, unless otherwise required by applicable law
Larevv also reserves the right to cancel any layaway reservation at its discretion due to operational, inventory, sourcing, verification, pricing, or other business considerations.
If Larevv cancels a layaway reservation for reasons not related to customer non-payment or violation of layaway terms, payments previously made toward the layaway will be refunded to the original payment method, unless the customer elects to receive the amount as store credit toward another purchase.
Cancellation due to inactivity or violation of layaway terms does not waive any applicable deposit conditions or previously agreed layaway requirements.
12. Shipping and Delivery
Larevv offers complimentary express shipping within the United States for eligible purchases.
Orders may be shipped using reputable carriers including:
• FedEx
• UPS
• DHL
• United States Postal Service (USPS)
Orders may be fulfilled from various locations including:
• Larevv facilities
• authorized suppliers
• consignment partners
• global sourcing partners
Delivery timelines provided on the Platform are estimates only.
Actual delivery times may vary due to factors including:
• supplier fulfillment timelines
• carrier delays
• customs clearance procedures
• logistics disruptions
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
12.1. Risk of Loss, Delivery Responsibility, and Refused Shipments
All products purchased through the Platform are shipped using reputable third-party carriers.
Larevv utilizes established shipping providers which may include, but are not limited to:
• FedEx
• UPS
• DHL
• United States Postal Service (USPS)
For security and fraud prevention purposes, all shipments issued by Larevv require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Customers acknowledge and agree that shipments cannot be delivered without a signature obtained by the carrier at the delivery address.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and that an authorized individual is available to sign for the shipment at the time of delivery.
Customers may designate a business address, concierge desk, building management office, mailroom, reception desk, or other secure delivery location capable of accepting and signing for the shipment.
Once a shipment has been delivered and a signature has been obtained by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Carrier tracking records, delivery confirmation, and signature records obtained by the carrier constitute conclusive proof of delivery.
Customers acknowledge that shipping carriers may obtain signatures from individuals present at the delivery location including, but not limited to:
• household members
• employees
• building management staff
• concierge personnel
• reception staff
• mailroom personnel
• other individuals authorized to receive packages at the delivery address
Such signatures shall constitute valid proof of delivery.
In certain circumstances, carriers may complete delivery procedures using operational protocols permitted by the carrier, including electronic signature capture, driver-assisted signature confirmation, or other delivery confirmation methods permitted under carrier policies.
Customers acknowledge that such carrier procedures remain within the control of the shipping carrier and not Larevv.
Once a shipment has been marked as delivered and delivery confirmation has been recorded by the carrier, Larevv’s delivery obligations are considered fulfilled.
Larevv shall not be responsible for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of shipments after delivery confirmation has been recorded by the carrier.
Customers acknowledge that Larevv does not control the actions of shipping carriers once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier for delivery.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of a shipment after it has been dispatched by Larevv, the shipment may be returned to Larevv by the carrier.
Customers acknowledge that refusal of delivery does not automatically cancel the transaction or entitle the customer to an immediate refund.
Returned shipments resulting from refused delivery may be subject to inspection and processing before any refund or resolution is issued.
Larevv reserves the right to deduct any applicable costs associated with refused shipments, including but not limited to:
• return shipping costs
• carrier handling fees
• insurance costs
• payment processing fees
Repeated refusal of deliveries may result in suspension or restriction of the customer’s account.
Missing Deliveries After Confirmation
If a shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers are encouraged to:
• verify delivery details with household members or employees
• check with building management or concierge personnel
• review carrier tracking information and signature records
• contact the carrier directly to initiate a delivery investigation
Larevv may assist in initiating a carrier investigation where appropriate, but cannot guarantee recovery of shipments once delivery confirmation has been recorded.
Customers acknowledge that delivery confirmation and signature verification obtained by the carrier satisfy Larevv’s delivery obligations under the transaction.
12.2. Product Representation and “Not As Described” Claims
Larevv makes reasonable efforts to accurately represent products offered through the Platform.
Product listings may include descriptions, specifications, images, condition classifications, and other information intended to assist customers in evaluating the product.
Certain product images displayed on the Platform may consist of:
• supplier-provided images
• manufacturer reference images
• stock images
• representative product images
Customers acknowledge that such images are provided for illustrative and identification purposes.
While Larevv endeavors to ensure that the product delivered corresponds to the listing description and condition classification, minor variations may occur due to factors including:
• manufacturer packaging changes
• supplier presentation differences
• lighting or photography differences
• accessory packaging variations
• protective film removal during inspection
Such variations do not constitute misrepresentation provided that the product delivered corresponds materially to the model, brand, and condition classification described in the listing.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product listing, condition classification, and product description prior to placing an order.
Claims that a product is “not as described” must be submitted in accordance with Larevv’s Returns & Refund Policy.
Customers acknowledge that dissatisfaction with cosmetic characteristics, packaging presentation, or accessory variations that are consistent with the product’s listed condition does not constitute a product misrepresentation.
Where a legitimate listing error has occurred that materially affects the product delivered, Larevv may provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with its return and refund procedures.
13. Returns and Refunds
Returns are governed by Larevv’s Returns and Refund Policy.
Customers may request returns within five (5) days of confirmed delivery.
To be eligible for return, items must:
• be unused
• remain in the same condition as delivered
• include all packaging, documentation, tags, and accessories
Certain products may be designated Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
Larevv reserves the right to decline return requests if items do not meet return eligibility requirements.
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
13.1. Use, Wear, and Product Condition Verification
Larevv sells luxury products that are represented as New, Unused, or Open Box unless otherwise specified. As such, all returned items must remain in the same unused condition in which they were originally delivered.
Customers acknowledge that returned products are subject to detailed inspection and verification upon receipt.
Larevv reserves the right to decline any return where the item shows evidence of use, wear, alteration, tampering, damage, or handling inconsistent with normal inspection.
Indicators of use may include, but are not limited to:
• removal of protective films or factory seals
• signs of wear on straps, clasps, hardware, or surfaces
• scratches, dents, scuffs, or cosmetic damage
• alterations to links, sizing adjustments, or hardware changes
• missing packaging, accessories, tags, manuals, certificates, or documentation
• replacement or removal of serial number identifiers
• evidence that the item has been worn, used, or carried
Items returned with signs of use or wear may be deemed ineligible for return and classified as Final Sale.
In such cases, Larevv reserves the right to:
• deny the return request
• return the item to the customer
• refuse refund or store credit
Customers acknowledge that purchasing an item through the Platform does not grant the right to temporarily use, wear, or test the product beyond reasonable inspection necessary to determine whether the item matches the product listing.
Larevv maintains internal inspection protocols designed to verify item condition and authenticity prior to issuing refunds.
13.2. Item Verification and Anti-Fraud Protection
To protect the integrity of all transactions, Larevv maintains internal verification procedures for all products shipped and returned through the Platform.
Many luxury products sold through Larevv contain unique identifiers including, but not limited to:
• serial numbers
• manufacturer identification codes
• authentication markings
• RFID tags
• internal tracking identifiers
• product photography records
• condition documentation recorded prior to shipment
Prior to shipment, Larevv may document product condition, serial numbers, and identifying characteristics of the item.
All returned items are subject to verification and inspection to confirm that the product returned is the exact same item originally shipped to the customer.
If a returned item does not match the original item shipped, or if identifying characteristics have been altered, removed, replaced, or tampered with, Larevv reserves the right to:
• reject the return
• deny any refund or store credit
• return the item to the sender
• report suspected fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities
• restrict or permanently suspend the customer’s account
Customers acknowledge that attempting to return a different product, altered product, counterfeit item, or substituted item constitutes fraudulent activity.
Larevv reserves all rights to pursue recovery of losses, damages, and enforcement actions arising from fraudulent return attempts.
14. Stolen Goods and Ownership Verification
Larevv maintains strict policies regarding the sale or submission of stolen or unlawfully obtained goods.
Individuals submitting items for sale through the Sell to Larevv program or the Consignment Program represent and warrant that:
• they are the lawful owner of the item
• the item was not obtained through theft or unlawful means
• the item is free from liens, claims, or ownership disputes
Larevv reserves the right to conduct verification procedures to confirm ownership of items submitted for sale.
If Larevv reasonably suspects that an item may be stolen, unlawfully obtained, or subject to ownership disputes, Larevv may:
• decline the transaction
• retain possession of the item pending investigation
• report the matter to appropriate authorities
• cooperate with law enforcement investigations
Submission of stolen goods may result in termination of the user’s account and potential legal action.
15. Anti-Money-Laundering and Financial Compliance
Larevv is committed to conducting its business in compliance with applicable financial regulations and anti-money-laundering standards.
To maintain responsible commerce practices, Larevv reserves the right to monitor transactions for suspicious activity.
In connection with high-value transactions, Larevv may request additional verification including:
• identity documentation
• confirmation of payment source
• additional information required for regulatory compliance
Transactions that appear to involve suspicious financial activity may be delayed, canceled, or reported in accordance with applicable law.
Customers acknowledge that such measures are necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform and comply with financial compliance requirements.
16. Sell to Larevv Program
Larevv may purchase select luxury items directly from individuals or entities through its private acquisition program (“Sell to Larevv”).
This program allows owners of luxury goods to submit items for review and potential direct purchase by Larevv.
Submission of an item through the Sell to Larevv program does not guarantee that Larevv will purchase the item.
Submission Process
To submit an item for review, sellers must provide:
• brand name
• item model or product name
• item condition
• photographs showing the item clearly
• any available documentation or accessories
• the seller’s requested asking price
Larevv reviews each submission based on several factors, including:
• authenticity indicators
• item condition
• market demand
• current inventory levels
• resale potential within the Larevv marketplace
Larevv reserves the right to accept, counter, or decline any submission.
Shipping
If Larevv agrees to purchase the item, the seller will receive shipping instructions.
For approved purchases, Larevv may provide prepaid shipping and insurance for the item during transit.
Sellers must package items securely and follow all shipping instructions provided.
Verification
Once received, the item undergoes verification and inspection.
Inspection may include review of:
• authenticity indicators
• item condition
• functional integrity
• accuracy of seller representations
If the item matches the seller’s description and meets Larevv standards, the transaction will proceed.
Payment
Payment will be issued according to the agreed purchase terms after the item has been received and verified.
Payment methods may include bank transfer or other payment methods determined by Larevv.
Item Requirements
Items submitted through the Sell to Larevv program must be:
• authentic
• New, Unused, or Open Box
Larevv generally does not accept items that show signs of wear or prior use unless otherwise specified.
While original packaging and documentation are preferred, they may not always be required unless specified during the review process.
Items Not Approved
If an item submitted for inspection is not approved for purchase, Larevv will return the item to the seller at no cost.
Important Conditions
Sellers submitting items represent and warrant that:
• they are the lawful owner of the item
• the item is authentic
• the item is free from liens or ownership claims
• the item was not obtained unlawfully
Larevv reserves the right to refuse any item at its discretion.
17. Consignment Program
Larevv offers a private luxury consignment program for select products (“Consign with Larevv”).
Through this program, individuals may consign luxury items to be sold through the Larevv marketplace.
Submission of an item for consignment does not guarantee acceptance.
Submission
Consignors must provide the following information:
• brand
• item details
• item condition
• photographs
• asking price
Each submission is evaluated based on:
• authenticity indicators
• product condition
• market demand
• resale potential
Larevv reserves the right to accept or decline any submission.
Delivery of Consigned Items
If accepted for consignment, the item must be delivered to Larevv for verification and listing.
Consignors are responsible for shipping the item securely and are encouraged to insure shipments.
Larevv is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft while items are in transit to Larevv.
If the item is accepted after inspection, the consignor’s shipping cost may be credited in the final payout.
Responsibility for the item transfers to Larevv only after the item has been received and confirmation of receipt has been issued.
Listing
Once verified, the item may be listed for sale through the Larevv Platform.
Larevv determines listing presentation, marketing strategy, and product placement.
Sale
When the item sells, Larevv completes the transaction with the buyer as the merchant of record.
Commission
Consignors receive 85% of the final sale price.
Larevv retains a 15% commission.
Commission covers:
• listing
• marketing
• transaction processing
• customer support
• platform infrastructure
Payment
Payment to consignors is issued after the completed sale has been verified and finalized.
Payment timing may depend on:
• payment processor settlement timelines
• return windows
• fraud review procedures
Storage and Insurance
Approved consigned items remain in Larevv’s possession until sold.
While in Larevv’s custody, items are insured based on market value, not the consignor’s asking price.
Item Return
Consignors may request the return of their item with 30 days written notice, provided the item has not already been sold or reserved.
Larevv will return the item without charge.
Requirements
Items submitted for consignment must be:
• authentic
• New, Unused, or Open Box
Used or previously worn items are generally not accepted.

Larevv sells products in accordance with applicable resale and secondary market commerce laws.

Such references do not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, authorization, endorsement, or partnership between Larevv and the trademark owner unless explicitly stated.
Larevv does not represent itself as an authorized dealer of any brand unless specifically identified as such.
Brand owners retain all rights to their trademarks and intellectual property.
Nothing on the Website should be interpreted as suggesting that Larevv manufactures, produces, or originates any branded products listed on the Website.
Where applicable, manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the manufacturer in accordance with their respective policies.
Customers acknowledge that the purchase of branded products through Larevv constitutes a retail resale transaction conducted through an independent retailer.
22. Marketplace Integrity and Listing Accuracy
Larevv maintains strict internal standards intended to promote transparency and marketplace integrity. Product listings are created based on information obtained from suppliers, distributors, consignment partners, manufacturers, market data, and other reliable sources.
Despite reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, the luxury goods market is highly dynamic, and certain listing information may evolve or change after publication.
Product listings may contain:
• supplier-provided specifications
• manufacturer specifications
• market reference information
• representative images
• condition classifications
• accessory descriptions
Customers acknowledge that certain images displayed on the Platform may represent reference imagery, stock photography, or supplier-provided images, particularly in cases where the item originates from a supplier or sourcing partner.
Larevv makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the item delivered materially corresponds to the product description and condition classification provided on the Platform.
However, minor variations may occur due to factors including:
• manufacturer packaging updates
• supplier presentation differences
• lighting or photography variations
• accessory packaging variations
Such differences do not constitute misrepresentation provided the item delivered is consistent with the condition and model described.
Larevv reserves the right to correct any listing errors, omissions, or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed.
In cases where a listing error materially affects a transaction, Larevv may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
23. Supplier Fulfillment and Market Availability Risk
Larevv operates a hybrid sourcing model that may involve inventory held by Larevv as well as inventory sourced through global supplier networks.
These suppliers may include:
• luxury distributors
• authorized resellers
• secondary market dealers
• collectors
• brokers
• consignment partners
• international luxury trading networks
• open-market commerce platforms
Because the luxury market operates through decentralized global supply channels, certain products listed on the Platform may be sourced after a customer places an order.
Customers acknowledge that supplier inventory availability may change rapidly due to factors including:
• simultaneous sales through other marketplaces
• supplier inventory errors
• price fluctuations
• supplier withdrawal of inventory
• logistical disruptions
Although Larevv makes reasonable efforts to verify availability prior to confirming an order, supplier limitations may occasionally prevent fulfillment.
In such circumstances, Larevv reserves the right to:
• cancel the order
• issue a full refund
• offer a comparable replacement product if available
Customers acknowledge and accept that supplier availability limitations are inherent to global luxury commerce.
24. Luxury Goods Condition Variability
Luxury goods sold through the Platform may originate from multiple sourcing channels and may include items classified as:
• New
• Unused
• Open Box
Condition classifications are based on industry-standard terminology used within luxury commerce.
Customers acknowledge that luxury goods may originate from a variety of distribution environments, including:
• authorized distributors
• private collectors
• luxury dealers
• brokers
• consignment partners
As a result, certain items may display minor characteristics associated with storage, handling, or inspection.
Examples may include:
• minor packaging wear
• handling marks from inspection
• protective film removal
• slight accessory presentation differences
Such characteristics do not constitute product defects when consistent with the item’s condition classification.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Larevv does not sell items represented as used or previously worn.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Larevv, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to:
• the use of the Platform
• purchases made through the Platform
• inability to access the Platform
• supplier fulfillment limitations
• shipping carrier delays
• customs processing delays
• third-party payment processor actions
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
In all cases, the total cumulative liability of Larevv for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Certain jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, Larevv’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
26. Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Larevv, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

This indemnification obligation includes reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal expenses incurred by Larevv in defending against such claims.

Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the applicable AAA commercial arbitration rules.
The arbitration shall take place in a location determined by Larevv or conducted remotely if permitted under AAA procedures.
The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to:
• interpretation of these Terms
• enforceability of any provision
• applicability of arbitration requirements
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding upon the parties.
Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
28. Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Actions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, users agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved on an individual basis only.
Users expressly waive any right to:
• participate in class actions
• participate in class arbitration
• participate in representative actions
• participate in private attorney general actions
Users also waive the right to a trial by jury for any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform.
All disputes must be brought in the user’s individual capacity.
29. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to the arbitration provisions above, any legal proceedings related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in courts located within the State of Delaware.
Users consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
30. Force Majeure
Larevv shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
Such events may include, but are not limited to:
• natural disasters
• acts of God
• war or terrorism
• civil unrest
• labor disputes
• government actions
• transportation disruptions
• customs delays
• supply chain interruptions
• telecommunications failures
• internet service disruptions
During such events, Larevv may suspend or delay fulfillment obligations without liability.
31. No Investment Representation or Market Value Guarantees
Luxury goods offered through the Platform may be considered collectible or desirable products within the global luxury market. Certain products may experience fluctuations in resale value due to market demand, rarity, brand popularity, collector interest, or other external economic factors.
However, Larevv does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that any product purchased through the Platform will:
• increase in value
• retain its value
• maintain a particular resale price
• appreciate as a collectible asset
• perform as an investment
Any references to market trends, demand, rarity, historical resale performance, or secondary market pricing are provided solely for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as investment advice or guarantees of future performance.
Customers acknowledge that the purchase of luxury goods through the Platform constitutes a consumer retail transaction and not an investment transaction.
Larevv shall not be liable for any perceived or actual loss in market value, resale value, or collectible value of any product purchased through the Platform.
32. Payment Processor and Financial Institution Compliance
Larevv processes customer payments through third-party financial institutions and payment processing providers, which may include payment gateways, acquiring banks, card networks, and financing providers.
Such providers may include, but are not limited to:
• credit card networks
• debit card networks
• bank transfer systems
• financing providers
• third-party payment gateways
• payment processors
All transactions conducted through the Platform are subject to the rules, policies, and security requirements imposed by these financial institutions and payment processors.
Customers acknowledge that Larevv must comply with financial industry standards and risk management protocols imposed by these entities.
As a result, Larevv reserves the right to:
• delay transaction processing
• request additional payment verification
• request identity confirmation
• cancel transactions flagged as high-risk
• refund payments where required by payment processors or banks
In certain circumstances, payment processors may temporarily hold funds, request additional verification, or require transaction review prior to settlement.
Customers acknowledge that Larevv does not control the internal compliance procedures of payment processors, acquiring banks, or card networks.
Larevv shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or payment holds resulting from financial institution compliance procedures.
33. Account Suspension and Platform Access Control
Larevv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user access to the Platform at its sole discretion when necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform, its customers, and its business operations.
Actions that may result in suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:
• suspected fraudulent activity
• abusive chargeback behavior
• submission of inaccurate information
• attempts to circumvent Platform policies
• violation of these Terms
• misuse of the Platform
• submission of stolen or counterfeit goods
Larevv may suspend or restrict an account without prior notice if such action is deemed necessary to protect the Platform or other users.
Suspension of an account may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access to the Platform and may prevent future purchases.
34. Identity Verification and Customer Authentication
To maintain a secure commerce environment, Larevv may implement identity verification procedures for certain transactions.
These procedures may apply to:
• high-value purchases
• international transactions
• transactions flagged for fraud review
• financing transactions
• payment verification requests
Verification procedures may include requests for documentation such as:
• government-issued identification
• confirmation of billing address
• payment source verification
• proof of identity
Failure to provide requested verification documentation may result in cancellation of the transaction.
Customers acknowledge that such verification procedures are necessary to prevent fraud and protect financial systems.
35. Product Packaging, Documentation, and Accessory Variability
Luxury products may be distributed with various forms of packaging, accessories, documentation, or certificates depending on the distribution channel through which the product was obtained.
Examples of such materials may include:
• original manufacturer boxes
• instruction manuals
• warranty cards
• authenticity certificates
• protective packaging
• tags or labels
• receipts or purchase documentation
While Larevv makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate listing descriptions regarding included accessories, certain items may vary in presentation due to factors including:
• supplier packaging differences
• manufacturer packaging updates
• distributor inventory handling practices
• private collector storage conditions
Unless explicitly stated in the product description, Larevv does not guarantee the presence of specific packaging materials or documentation.
If a material accessory difference exists that materially affects the product description, customers may be notified prior to shipment.
36. International Trade Compliance and Export Restrictions
The Platform may make products available to customers located in various countries and jurisdictions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchases made through the Platform comply with all applicable import, export, and customs laws within their jurisdiction.
International shipments may be subject to:
• customs inspections
• import duties
• value-added taxes
• regulatory documentation requirements
• import restrictions
Such charges and requirements are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Larevv reserves the right to decline shipments to jurisdictions where legal, regulatory, or logistical conditions prevent lawful fulfillment.
Certain countries or regions may be restricted due to sanctions, trade regulations, or shipping limitations.
Customers agree not to use the Platform to circumvent export controls or international trade restrictions.
37. Platform Security and Unauthorized Access
Larevv implements commercially reasonable security measures intended to protect the integrity of the Platform and customer data.
Despite such measures, no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Users agree not to engage in activities that could compromise the security of the Platform, including but not limited to:
• attempting unauthorized access to Platform systems
• interfering with Platform infrastructure
• distributing malicious software
• conducting automated scraping or data harvesting
• attempting to reverse engineer Platform technology
Any attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Platform may result in account termination and legal action.

Users acknowledge that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be provided in writing.
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information to ensure delivery of important communications.
39. Authenticity Review and Counterfeit Dispute Procedures
Larevv is committed to selling only authentic luxury goods sourced through established and reputable channels.
Products offered through the Platform may originate from distributors, collectors, brokers, dealers, consignment partners, or other legitimate market participants within the luxury goods industry.
Although Larevv exercises commercially reasonable sourcing practices and verification procedures, luxury goods markets involve complex supply chains, and authenticity determinations may occasionally be disputed.
In the rare event that the authenticity of a product purchased through the Platform is formally questioned, the following procedure applies.
The customer must notify Larevv in writing and provide documentation from a recognized independent authentication authority demonstrating that the item may not be authentic.
Recognized authorities may include:
• manufacturer service centers
• established third-party authentication laboratories
• qualified luxury authentication specialists
• other independent experts recognized within the luxury goods industry
Upon receipt of such documentation, Larevv may review the claim and request additional supporting materials.
If Larevv determines, based on credible expert evidence, that the item may not be authentic, Larevv may request return of the item for further inspection.
Customers must return the item in the same condition in which it was delivered.
If the authenticity dispute is validated following review, Larevv may provide remedies including:
• a full refund
• a replacement item, if available
• store credit
Additional goodwill credits may be issued at Larevv’s discretion.
Customers acknowledge that authenticity determinations must rely on professional evaluation and that unsupported claims or opinions do not constitute valid authentication evidence.
40. Brand Owner Communications and Enforcement Inquiries
Luxury brand owners may periodically monitor online marketplaces to identify unauthorized listings of branded products.
Larevv operates as an independent retailer engaged in the lawful resale of authentic goods and does not claim affiliation with any brand unless explicitly stated.
In certain circumstances, brand owners may contact Larevv regarding product listings or request clarification regarding product sourcing.
Larevv reserves the right to respond to such inquiries in accordance with applicable law and its lawful rights as a reseller of authentic goods.
Customers acknowledge that brand communications do not necessarily indicate that a product is inauthentic or unlawful.
Brand owners may express concerns regarding distribution channels even where products are authentic.
Larevv shall not be liable for any actions taken by brand owners, including communications, legal notices, or enforcement attempts relating to product listings.
41. Supplier Representation and Source Verification
Larevv sources products through a global network of suppliers that may include distributors, brokers, collectors, dealers, consignment partners, and other luxury market participants.
Suppliers providing products to Larevv represent and warrant that the products they supply are authentic and lawfully obtained.
However, because luxury markets operate through decentralized global supply channels, Larevv cannot independently verify every aspect of a supplier’s acquisition history.
In the event that a supplier misrepresents an item or provides inaccurate information regarding a product’s origin, Larevv reserves the right to:
• cancel affected transactions
• remove listings from the Platform
• terminate relationships with the supplier
• cooperate with law enforcement investigations if necessary
Customers acknowledge that supplier representations form part of the global luxury commerce ecosystem and that occasional disputes may arise despite reasonable diligence.
42. Product Valuation and Market Pricing
Luxury goods markets are influenced by numerous factors including brand popularity, rarity, collector demand, supply levels, and broader economic conditions.
Prices displayed on the Platform reflect Larevv’s pricing determination at the time of listing.
Customers acknowledge that the valuation of luxury goods is inherently subjective and may vary across different markets, dealers, and resale platforms.
Larevv does not represent that any product offered on the Platform constitutes the lowest available market price.
Customers remain responsible for conducting their own purchasing decisions and evaluating product value.
Larevv shall not be liable for claims that a product was later available at a different price through another marketplace or seller.
Market pricing differences do not constitute misrepresentation or pricing error.
43. Use of Automated Systems and Artificial Intelligence
Larevv may utilize automated technologies, software systems, machine learning tools, and artificial intelligence systems in connection with the operation of the Platform.
These systems may be used for various operational purposes including, but not limited to:

• product catalog management
• marketplace analytics
• logistics coordination
• pricing analysis
• inventory management
Automated systems may assist Larevv personnel in processing data, reviewing transactions, or identifying patterns relevant to Platform operations.
Customers acknowledge that such technologies may operate in combination with human review and operational oversight.
Automated systems may generate recommendations, alerts, or operational insights, but final operational decisions remain subject to Larevv’s internal processes.
Larevv does not guarantee that automated systems will be free from technical errors, interruptions, or operational limitations.
Customers acknowledge that the use of automated systems is a common operational component of modern digital commerce platforms.
Larevv shall not be liable for operational decisions, transaction delays, or service interruptions resulting from the use of automated technologies where such systems are implemented in good faith to support Platform operations.

Products sold through the Platform are offered in the condition described in the product listing at the time of sale.
Larevv does not guarantee the future performance, longevity, or mechanical durability of any product purchased through the Platform.
Customers acknowledge that certain luxury goods, including watches and other mechanical items, may require periodic servicing or maintenance in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
Such servicing must be performed by qualified service professionals or manufacturer-authorized service centers.

Larevv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Platform as necessary to maintain system integrity or implement improvements.
46. Customer Information Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders, creating accounts, or interacting with the Platform.
Such information may include:
• billing address
• shipping address
• contact information
• payment information
• identity verification details
Customers acknowledge that inaccurate or incomplete information may result in order delays, transaction cancellation, or delivery issues.
Larevv shall not be responsible for losses or delivery failures resulting from inaccurate information provided by customers.
Larevv reserves the right to cancel transactions where information provided by a customer cannot be verified.
47. Third-Party Services and Providers
The Platform may rely on third-party service providers to support various operational functions including payment processing, logistics, fraud detection, data hosting, and communication systems.
These providers may include financial institutions, shipping carriers, technology vendors, and service infrastructure partners.
Customers acknowledge that such third-party services operate independently from Larevv.
Larevv shall not be liable for service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by third-party providers.
Use of certain Platform features may also be subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers.
48. Product Recalls and Safety Notices
In the event that a manufacturer, supplier, or regulatory authority issues a product recall or safety notice affecting a product sold through the Platform, Larevv may attempt to notify affected customers using the contact information available in the customer account.
Customers acknowledge that manufacturers remain responsible for product safety recalls and corrective actions.
Larevv does not manufacture the products offered through the Platform and therefore cannot independently issue product recalls.
Customers are encouraged to register products with the manufacturer when applicable.

Such transactions may include:
• merger
• acquisition

In such circumstances, customer information and contractual rights may be transferred as part of the transaction in accordance with applicable laws.
Continued use of the Platform following such transfer constitutes acceptance of the assignment.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies, notices, disclosures, or additional terms referenced herein or published on the Platform, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between the customer and Larevv regarding access to and use of the Platform and the purchase of products through Larevv.
These Terms supersede and replace any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter contained herein.

These Terms represent the entire agreement governing the relationship between Larevv and the customer with respect to the Platform and all transactions conducted through it.
