When is my order confirmed?
Orders are confirmed during the 5-day reservation window. Final confirmation is issued once the order is approved for shipment.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests must be submitted during the reservation period. Once an order is approved for shipment, cancellation may not be possible.

Can I change my shipping address?
Orders must ship to the verified billing address. Address changes may be requested during the reservation window and are subject to approval.

Why was my order declined or canceled?
All orders are subject to verification and review. Larevv reserves the right to decline or cancel transactions that do not meet our security standards.

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. An electronic invoice and confirmation are provided upon order approval.

Availability & Fulfillment

Are all items physically in stock at the time of listing?
Larevv maintains physical inventory for select products available for immediate fulfillment. However, product listings reflect current market availability and sourcing access at the time of publication and do not constitute a guaranteed in-stock representation.

Inventory levels are intentionally limited and managed in alignment with our structured reservation model. All orders remain subject to availability verification and final confirmation prior to shipment.

When is availability confirmed?
All orders are subject to availability verification, pricing confirmation, and final approval prior to shipment during the reservation window.

What happens if my item becomes unavailable?
In rare instances where an item cannot be fulfilled after verification, clients will be offered the option of a comparable alternative or a full refund.

Can pricing change due to availability?
Pricing is confirmed during the reservation window. If a material pricing discrepancy is identified prior to shipment, clients will be notified and provided available options.

Does Larevv guarantee fulfillment of every order?
While we maintain strong sourcing access, all transactions remain subject to final confirmation prior to shipment.

Condition Transparency

Will I receive photos of the exact item before shipment?
Product images represent the item model and condition as described. If material differences exist, clients will be notified prior to shipment.

How is product condition defined?
Items are listed as New, Unused, or Open Box unless otherwise specified. Open Box items may show minimal handling from inspection or storage but are not used.

Can luxury items have minor variations or imperfections?
Certain products may show minor natural variations or handling marks consistent with manufacturing, inspection, or storage standards. These do not affect authenticity or functionality.

Will all original packaging and accessories be included?
Items typically include original packaging, documentation, and accessories where available. If original contents are not included, this will be disclosed prior to shipment.

Pricing Changes

Can the price change after I place an order?
No. Once your order is confirmed, pricing is locked for that transaction. In the rare event of a clear pricing error or technical discrepancy, Larevv reserves the right to cancel the order prior to shipment.

Pre-Sale Reservation

What is the 5-day reservation window?
All orders enter a structured 5-day reservation period prior to shipment. During this time, confirmation, verification, preparation, and — where applicable — sourcing coordination are completed.

Why does Larevv use a pre-sale model?
The reservation structure allows Larevv to operate efficiently and provide preferred pricing on authentic luxury products.

Why are prices lower with the pre-sale model?
Larevv’s reservation structure reduces traditional retail overhead and extended holding costs, and enables negotiated pricing efficiencies within our sourcing network. These efficiencies are reflected in pre-sale pricing.

Is my item secured during the reservation period?
Orders remain subject to final verification and availability confirmation prior to shipment. Clients will be notified promptly if adjustments are required.

Can I bypass the reservation period?
In select cases, expedited processing may be available. Clients seeking priority fulfillment should contact support to confirm eligibility prior to purchase. Availability varies by item.

Can I request overnight delivery?
Expedited shipping may be available for certain items upon approval. Processing timelines and eligibility depend on the specific product and fulfillment conditions.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days, inclusive of the reservation window.

Is shipping free?
Express delivery is complimentary within the United States. International shipping fees may apply.

Which carriers do you use?
Larevv partners with established carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. Carrier selection depends on the item, destination, and fulfillment origin.

Will my order ship from Larevv directly?
Orders may ship from approved fulfillment partners or distribution points within our network. All shipments are subject to Larevv quality and verification standards.

Do I need to sign for my package?
Yes. Signature confirmation is required for all deliveries. Adult signature may be required for select high-value items.

What if my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition upon delivery and contact support immediately for assistance.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box or freight forwarder?
No. Orders must ship to a verified billing address. P.O. boxes and freight forwarding services are not supported.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available to select destinations. Shipping fees, duties, customs charges, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

How long does international delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary by destination and customs processing. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout, and tracking details are issued once the order ships.

Are there any countries you do not ship to?
Yes. Larevv does not ship to countries or regions subject to U.S. sanctions, export restrictions, or other regulatory limitations. Orders to restricted destinations cannot be processed.

What if my package is lost or marked delivered but not received?
All deliveries require signature confirmation. If an issue occurs, contact support promptly so we can assist with carrier investigation procedures.

Are shipments insured?
All orders ship with signature confirmation and standard insurance coverage. Optional additional insurance may be available at checkout for select items.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?
Returns are accepted within 5 days of confirmed delivery.

Are returns free?
Returns are complimentary within the United States.

What condition must the item be in?
Items must be returned in the same condition received, with all packaging, tags, documentation, accessories, and serial numbers intact.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval. Processing times vary by payment method.

Are any items final sale?
Yes. Final Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange and are clearly marked prior to purchase.

Do you charge restocking fees?
No. Approved returns within policy guidelines do not incur restocking fees.

Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are not standard. In the event of an error on our part or if the originally purchased item becomes unavailable, Larevv may offer a comparable replacement or a refund at its discretion.

Can a return be declined?
Yes. Larevv reserves the right to decline any return or refund request that is submitted outside of the return window or does not meet our return eligibility requirements.

Can worn or used items be returned?
No. Items that show signs of wear, use, alteration, damage, or modification are not eligible for return. Such items may be classified as Final Sale and refunds will be declined.

Authenticity

Are all items authentic?
Yes. Larevv sells only authentic luxury products sourced through established and reputable channels.

Do items include original documentation?
Items include original packaging and documentation where available. If not included, this will be disclosed prior to shipment.

Can I have my item independently authenticated?
Yes. Professional authentication review is welcome.

What if authenticity is disputed?
If authenticity is formally determined invalid by a recognized independent authority, Larevv will accept the return and provide a full refund, replacement (if preferred), plus a $500 inconvenience credit.

How long do I have to dispute authenticity?
Authenticity concerns must be raised within the return window unless otherwise specified under our Authenticity Guarantee.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, American Express, Affirm (subject to approval), secure online payment providers, and bank wire transfer.

When is my card charged?
Payment is captured upon order confirmation.

Why might additional verification be required?
Certain high-value or limited-availability items may require enhanced verification to ensure transaction security.

Can I split payment methods?
Split payments may not be supported unless arranged in advance through customer support.

Are all payment methods available for every product?
Not necessarily. For certain high-value or limited-availability items, credit card payments or financing options may be restricted. In such cases, bank wire transfer may be required as the primary payment method.

Can I still use a credit card for a high-value purchase?
In select cases, credit card payments may be accepted following enhanced verification and approval. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

What happens if I place a high-value order using a restricted payment method?
Larevv reserves the right to cancel and refund any transaction that does not meet our payment or verification standards. Alternative payment options may be offered at our discretion.

Do you sell pre-owned items?
