• the item must be returned in the same condition as originally delivered
• all packaging, accessories, serial numbers, and components must remain intact
Resolution
If authenticity is formally determined to be invalid by a qualified independent authority, Larevv will provide the following remedies:
• a full refund of the original purchase price
or
• a replacement item, if the client prefers and a comparable item is available
In addition, Larevv will issue:
A $500 inconvenience credit
The credit:
• may be applied toward any future purchase
• has no expiration date

• the item returned does not match the originally shipped item
• the authenticity determination is not provided by a recognized independent authentication authority
• required components such as serial numbers, packaging, or accessories have been removed or altered
• the item is not returned in the same condition as originally delivered
Larevv may request documentation from the authentication authority to verify the determination.
