Certain products available through Larevv operate under an on-demand fulfillment model as part of Larevv's proprietary retail, sourcing, allocation, and fulfillment infrastructure.
How It Works
Under this model, certain items may not be physically warehoused, pre-positioned, or immediately stocked by Larevv at the exact moment an order is placed.
Instead, qualifying products may be secured, allocated, sourced, authenticated, and fulfilled following order confirmation through Larevv's authorized supplier channels, fulfillment partners, inventory networks, consignment providers, or distribution infrastructure.
Larevv's on-demand fulfillment structure is an intentional component of its business model, designed to provide broader product access, reservation-based pricing, curated inventory, supplier-network flexibility, and enhanced pricing advantages not otherwise available through traditional retail inventory models.
Customer Acknowledgements
By placing an order through Larevv, customers acknowledge and agree that:
Product listings, catalog visibility, availability indicators, estimated delivery dates, or pricing displays do not constitute a guaranteed representation of immediate in-hand inventory unless expressly stated otherwise.
Certain products may be fulfilled through post-purchase sourcing, supplier allocation, inventory transfer, procurement activity, or reservation-based fulfillment procedures.
Availability may change in real time due to market activity, supplier inventory fluctuations, fulfillment limitations, allocation changes, authentication review, or third-party supplier availability.
Certain products may become unavailable after order placement despite being visible, published, promoted, or temporarily displayed as available on the platform.
Fulfillment Estimates
Estimated delivery dates, fulfillment estimates, shipping projections, availability indicators, and fulfillment timelines are estimates only and may change depending on sourcing conditions, supplier response times, authentication procedures, procurement delays, carrier conditions, or other fulfillment-related variables.
Nothing within Larevv's platform, advertising, product listings, checkout flow, or availability indicators shall be interpreted as a guarantee of immediate inventory possession, uninterrupted availability, or automatic fulfillment rights.
Larevv's Reserved Rights
As part of this model, Larevv reserves the right to:
Source products following purchase confirmation
Secure inventory through third-party channels
Transfer inventory between suppliers or fulfillment providers
Substitute or modify fulfillment sources and methods
Delay shipment preparation
Cancel unavailable orders or refuse fulfillment
Offer replacement products
Issue partial refunds, full refunds, store credit, or alternative resolutions
By Placing an Order
Customers expressly acknowledge and accept the nature of Larevv's on-demand fulfillment model and understand that certain products may require post-purchase sourcing, supplier coordination, procurement activity, reservation processing, allocation review, or fulfillment preparation prior to shipment confirmation.
